Gentle, flowing movements to improve balance, flexibility and wellbeing.
No instructor, just simply follow along with a video demonstration.
Mondays & Fridays at the Bencubbin CRC from 9.00am
Free to attend, everyone welcome!
Seniors Lunch
Once a month on a Friday a Lunch is hosted at the Bencubbin CRC for the local seniors in the community.
A soup, mains, and dessert is provided for just $10 a head, catered by local volunteers in the community.
If you are new to town, and/or would like to join, contact the Bencubbin Community Resource Centre for more information!
